I ordered some CBD oil for sleep last week with a next-day delivery option. Now, a week has passed and I still haven't received it. When I tried reaching out via email, I got an auto-reply from Gmail saying: Your message to supportatpharmbiotics.com has been blocked. Nobody responded to the chat feature on their site either. There’s no other way to get in touch with them. When I checked the delivery status, it showed the item has been sitting in the depot since last Saturday with no updates. I'm really let down by this service, and I’m not sure I can trust this company.

But after the issues got sorted out and I’ve used the product for over a week, my view has flipped from my initial thoughts. The customer service was on point, the second delivery came just as quick as they said it would, and the product actually met my expectations. I’d say give it a shot, thanks!
